WHY DO DOGS MAKE GOOD PETS?

Dogs are good at listening to people.  They know when we are sad or angry.  Unlike any other animal, dogs seem to want to make people happy.  Dogs are very nice to pet.  PETTING wakes up your sense of touch, unlike just touching something soft.  Dogs have been our helpers for thousands of years.  They are the first animals that humans trained and cared for.  They are known as ''man's best friend.''  ''I want to be the person MY DOG THINKS I AM.''
